Section 1: Explicit Lack of Professional Licensure

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Company, its instructional guides (including Johnathon A. Kiebler, acting strictly as an agent of iYci Pathways Inc.), and its associated facilitators are not licensed medical doctors, psychiatrists, or clinical therapists. The Deconstruct, Declare, Evolve (DDE) curriculum, including all somatic techniques, energy paradigms (e.g., "Water Up, Fire Down"), and psychological reframing exercises, is provided strictly for educational, self-reflective, and personal development purposes. These Programs do not constitute medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or clinical treatment.

Section 2: Assumption of Somatic & Physical Risk

The Participant expressly assumes all risks associated with the physical components of the curriculum, which include but are not limited to intense respiratory techniques (e.g., "The Thoracic Hiss"), localized physical stimulation ("Body Tapping"), and deliberate breath retention. The Participant acknowledges that these protocols can induce profound physiological responses, including dizziness, altered states of consciousness, tingling, emotional release, or temporary disorientation. The Participant affirms they are physically fit to participate and assumes full responsibility for monitoring their own physical limits.

Section 3: Psychological & Emotional Disruption

The Participant understands that the Company's curriculum involves rigorous psychological inventorying, including specific methodologies like the "Double-Violation Audit" and the tracking of the "12 Relational Vectors." These exercises are designed to intentionally destabilize deeply conditioned behavioral cycles and core identity schemas. The Participant explicitly assumes the risk of intense emotional processing, temporary cognitive friction, psychological discomfort, and the confrontation of repressed personal history.

Section 4: Group Confidentiality & Peer Privacy

For Programs involving live, interactive, or group environments (such as the 7-Week Immersive Rebuild), the Participant strictly agrees to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the identities, personal stories, and private breakthroughs shared by all other group members. The Participant acknowledges that the Company cannot control, and is not legally liable for, any breaches of confidentiality or misconduct committed by other program participants.

Section 5: Comprehensive Release, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue iYci Pathways Inc., its officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (including Johnathon A. Kiebler), from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to physical, emotional, or psychological injury sustained during any curriculum or program, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

Section 6: Informed Consent & Voluntary Pacing

The Participant declares that they are of sound mind, legal age, and are participating under complete voluntary intent. The Participant understands the "Escalator Metaphor" inherent to the program—that continuous evolution requires personal daily upkeep and accountability—and agrees that they are the sole author, authority, and executor of their own transformation and physical/emotional pacing.

Section 7: Electronic Acknowledgment & Consent

BY CHECKING THE REQUIRED BOX AT CHECKOUT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND RELEASES CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. I AGREE THAT THIS ACTION CONSTITUTES MY LEGALLY BINDING ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE, EQUIVALENT TO A HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE.
